Key Access:
We ask for two sets of keys: one will be kept with your primary Pawsh Paws Pawfessional, and the second will be securely stored in our office as a backup. If two copies are not provided, there will be a $10 key copying charge. We are happy to provide Emergency Key Lock-Out Service for a charge of $40.
Concierge:
If you live in an apartment and prefer to leave your keys with the concierge, please notify building management to give Pawsh Paws Atlanta access. Note that the visit time starts when the Pawfessional reaches the front door of the building, and waiting for the concierge may shorten your pet’s visit.
Coded Entry:
For clients with coded entry, please provide the code for access to your home. Only your Pawfessional and our management team will have this code. We also request a backup key to keep in our office in case of any issues with the code.
Lockbox:
If you prefer to store your key in a lockbox, please provide the lockbox and combination code. Only your Pawfessional and our management team will have access to it. A backup key will still be requested for our office in case of lockbox malfunctions.
Key Pick-Up/Drop-Off Fee:
If you’d prefer to have your keys picked up or dropped off between visits, there’s a $25 fee for this service.
Key Acknowledgement:
All clients must complete an intake form during their initial meeting, acknowledging how many keys are in our possession. This form will be kept on file and updated when keys are returned.
Holiday Surcharge:
We’re happy to provide services on the following holidays! Please note we charge time and a half for the following holidays
Weekend Visits:
There is a $5.00 surcharge for dog walks on Saturdays and Sundays.
After-Hours Visits:

Full payment is required for all holiday bookings.
Cancellations:
We’ll always do our best to complete scheduled services, but if weather conditions (snow, ice, etc.) make it unsafe, we may delay or cancel services at our discretion. If your Pawfessional can’t safely reach your home, we’ll notify you immediately. If the Federal Government closes due to inclement weather and you choose to cancel, we’ll waive cancellation fees.
To protect our team and ensure reliable service, we may require prepayment for clients with previous payment issues or multiple cancellations.
If you choose to have a non-Pawsh Paws caregiver (friend, family member, or other pet care provider) check on your pet during our services, Pawsh Paws Atlanta will not be held responsible for any injury or damage that occurs.
